Hermione full bio:
Hermione Way (born in Devon, England) is a new media journalist, Reality TV personality, and entrepreneur. She currently resides in San Francisco. Way started Newspepper, an internet video production company, TechFluffTV - a video blog that became a video partner of TechCrunch Europe and worked as Silicon Valley Video Director for The Next Web. Way founded the conference Hollywood Meets Silicon Valley in 2011. Way was also a featured cast member, along with her brother, Ben Way, on Start-Ups: Silicon Valley, a reality show on Bravo. She later launched a global start-up competition called StartUp World in 2012, organising a series of global startup events in over 25 countries.
Hermione has appeared on numerous TV shows about technology including Sky News, FOX News, Bravo's Silicon Valley, The Startup Kids and Brits In The Bay.
She hosts a number of the world's largest technology conferences including The Next Web in Amsterdam and NEXT in Berlin. She has won various awards including Spectator's 30 Under 30, Square Mile 30 under 30, Women To Watch, and been named top 100 Most Influential People on the web.
